Each Time You Register a Prospect
Who Purchases a Superstore Vehicle
The Belle Plaine Superstore will pay you $50.00 for each prospect who purchases a vehicle from the Superstore which you register prior to a sale in accordance with the following instructions.
To Register a prospective purchaser you must complete the following form and furnish your full name, address and phone number, and the full name, address and phone number of the prospective purchaser.

PLEASE READ DISCLAIMERIn the event you are the first person to register the prospect and the prospect completes the purchase of a vehicle within 30 days after the date of your registration, you will receive a referral fee in the amount of $50.00.
Belle Plaine Superstore employees and their families are not eligible to register. You may not register yourself as a prospect.
Claimants must provide dealership with tax identification information to comply with IRS requirements in order to be eligible for payment.
The Belle Plaine Superstore reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time without further notice. You will be advised of any such amendment or cancelation upon your registration. Belle Plaine Superstore employees and their families are not eligible to register.
You may not register yourself as a prospect.
The prospect may not have previously purchased a vehicle at Belle Plaine Superstore.
